Realla.co holds a database of information about UK commercial property, including investments and lettings, which is updated daily.

Firms can also use the platform to automatically generate marketing instructions when they want to sell or let their property.

The company was formed in 2014 by Andy Miles, formerly a property investor at British Land, and Ian Parry, who co-founded free-to-list residential search engine Globrix.com, which was acquired by Zoopla in 2012.

Realla.co is also backed by Simon Murdoch, the venture capitalist who seeded Zoopla.
