Office space to rent in Liverpool

Liverpool is a city with a rich history and a unique charm. Built on the Mersey Estuary, it is home to a major port that has been a hub of trading and emigration for centuries. This maritime heritage remains an important part of Liverpool’s culture with the Royal Albert Dock, Pier Head and Southport Pier standing out as main attractions. Over the years, a diverse population has gathered in the city as it’s the entry point for lots of people moving from overseas.

In more recent history, Liverpool has earned a name for itself on the music scene with the likes of The Beatles, Cilla Black and Frankie Goes to Hollywood all starting out in the city. Artists often choose to spend key dates of their tour in Liverpool, and there’s even the oldest surviving professional symphony orchestra based here – the Philharmonic Hall.

As a key trading destination, Liverpool has excellent connections. It is just 35 miles from Manchester and Preston respectively, while only 18 miles from Chester. North Wales lies just 25 miles away, making Liverpool one of the closet major cities for people living across the area. With Liverpool John Lennon Airport on the doorstep and Manchester Airport just a 45-minute drive away, it is easy to reach destinations across Europe.

Today, Liverpool’s bohemian creative scene is flourishing with areas such as the Baltic Triangle and Ropewalks attracting innovative businesses. You’ll find quirky eateries, boutique shops, creative companies and music venues dotted about both districts.
