Proptech companies Realla and ehouse have formed a partnership to allow agents to create better marketing campaigns when they list space on Realla’s commercial property search engine.
Realla’s customers, which include CBRE, JLL, BNP Paribas Real Estate and Farebrother, will now be able to source property marketing company ehouse’s services directly through the Realla interface. This includes photography, Matterport virtual reality tours, floorplans and EPCs.
This will work alongside the existing Realla marketing service, which allows agents to automatically generate marketing instructions through the service. The companies claim the move will create a one-stop shop for property marketing processes and reduce the “time and administrative burden” of bringing buildings to market.
It is the first sizeable partnership between proptech firms since the merger of VTS and Hightower last year.
“This integration, which will really benefit our customer base, shows the potential for partnerships in proptech as the wider proptech industry continues to mature,” said Realla co-founder Andy Miles.
Investors in Realla include the Kirsh Family Office, the family office for billionaire Nathan Kirsh, and Lloyd Dorfman, the founder of Travelex.
